Colorado River Leadership Program

Each year the Colorado River Women’s Council sponsors a program that requires participants to attend one day a month for nine months to learn about the many facets of this community. Participants in the program include professionals from local businesses, government, schools, non-profit organizations, and retired members of the community.

Class Project

During this program the program members develop and implement a project that will benefit the community. The 2009 Colorado River Leadership Program Community project is “Operation Desert Stage”.

The 2009 leadership program is raising money to purchase a community portable stage. This stage can be used by schools, community organizations, the City of Bullhead City, and other community entities for any special event.
